Bridges of Understanding
I had the pleasure of working with this inspiring non-profit to reimagine their brand identity. Initially hired to co-create a new logo that spoke to the organizations mission and direction. The project evolved into redesigning their website and digital strategy. The project involved evaluating pain point from the previous website to create logical structure, content migration and content creation. To highlight the importance of their work, I created short videos and imagery to use on social network and blogs. We also improved the content being delivered to their supporters through rebranded and hand coded mobile friendly email campaigns. This project was completed within two months and I worked with the organization over the last two years to provide support in website updates, sending monthly newsletters and one-off projects, such as photography for their annual conference in Washington, DC.
Beads & Bubbly
Beads & Bubbly provides a creative experience focused around socializing, jewelry making and promoting local artisans. The company gives jewelry designers and creative entrepreneurs opportunities to be their own boss.
Prior to developing the website, user personas were developed. These personas were used to identify each users needs, tone, expectation and assisted with identify the social networks to focus on. Event registration was added using Picatic API, email integration was done through MailChimp and their is an eCommerce store ready, awaiting launch. Photo for the website were taken by myself. As a team, we also developed a digital strategy, marketing plan and business plan. Events start in late October and national launch is scheduled for March 2016.
